ADDICTION TOKYO Rewards program is a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing ADDICTION TOKYO products and engaging with the brand. It is a tier-based program determined by the number of points a member has earned within a single year on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enroll.

Signing up is easy and free! Simply create an account by signing up here addictiontokyobeauty.com/account/register and enter your name, email, and password.

Once you’re signed up, you will receive 25 points after your next purchase.

Any customer with an active addictiontokyobeauty.com account is automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page addictiontokyobeauty.com/pages/loyalty-program where you can track your current points, tier level and available benefits. All points are pending until your order ships, at which time they are added to your account and may be redeemed for rewards. It may take up to 24-48 hours from the time your order ships for points to appear in your account.

ADDICTION TOKYO Rewards program is a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing ADDICTION TOKYO products and engaging with the brand. It is a tier-based program determined by the number of points a member has earned within a single year on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enroll.

There are 3 tiers, each with their own benefits:

Tier 1 - Muse - Sign Up
Tier 2 - Artist - 200-499 Points
Tier 3 - Master - 500+ Points

When you join, you’ll automatically be placed in Tier 1 (Muse) and be eligible for all the benefits Tier 1 members receive. If you have at least 200 points, you’ll be automatically moved up to Tier 2 (Artist). If you have more than 500 points, you’ll qualify for Tier 3 (Master).

Your status in a particular tier is good for the year in which you qualify for that tier and the following full year. After that, you’ll need to earn enough points to qualify for that tier each year. For example, if you qualify for Tier 2 (Artist), during your first year, you’ll maintain Tier 2 (Artist) status during your second year. But, if you have less than 200 points during your second year, you’ll drop back down to Tier 1 (Muse) on your second anniversary date.

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

Earn points on every purchase! 1 Point Per $1. Apply your points for a discount by selecting from the drop-down menu or entering your code at checkout.

Higher tiers in the ADDICTION TOKYO Rewards program earn more points at a quicker rate.

When you move up to become Artist, you will be earning points 1.25 Points Per $1
When you move up to Master, you will be earning points 1.5 Points Per $1

You’ll receive your reward within 30 days after your birthday. On your birthday, we'll celebrate by adding bonus points to your account based on the tier you’re currently in. You’ll receive 50 points if you're in Tier 1 (Muse), 100 points if you're in Tier 2 (Artist), or 150 points if you're in Tier 3 (Master).

Points will be added to your account once your order ships. It may take up to 24-48 hours from the time your order ships for points to appear in your account.

When you redeem your points for product rewards, the available points in your account will decrease based on the amount of points you redeemed.

Points expire after 1 year of inactivity.

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.
